The Video Essay
The last time I taught the course, I had the students create video essays. Turns out many enjoyed the project (as much as one can enjoy a school project), and a few encouraged me to keep the assignment in the class. Here’s the assignment particulars, and a link to the greatest video essay of all time, Orson Welles’ F is for Fake (1973).
